Turned from one solid block of hardwood — no resin, no inlay, just the grain doing the work. Walnut, maple, cherry, white oak and the rest of the domestic shelf start at $40 with nothing added; exotic stock and stabilized burl run a little more. Every band is built to your size in the designer.
